 The liquid cooled rack, manufactured by Meggitt Defense Systems, contains and controls the environment for a set of circuit card assemblies (CCA) for use in military aircraft. Current systems utilize several rack structures each containing multiple individual line replaceable units (LRUs) cabled together to perform the necessary electronic functions.
LCRS can house up to 84 IEEE 1101.2 6V VME CCAS.
The liquid cooled rack modular system can easily
be adapted for use in airborne/ground military applications.
